okpllay Platform

Welcome to okpllay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okpllay ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the okpllay website, mobile application, and all related services. By creating an account, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using the okpllay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

okpllay is a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. All activities on the okpllay platform are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine law.

By accessing or using the okpllay platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the website, downloading the mobile application, registering an account, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorized by okpllay in writing.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the okpllay platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game-Specific Rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on the okpllay platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of okpllay or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily through okpllay's responsible gaming tools or mandated by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended okpllay account. Only one account per person is permitted at all times.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number.

Registration requires the submission of valid government-issued identification. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or UMID. Additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation may be requested at the discretion of okpllay's compliance team, including proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and Philippine address) and source of funds declarations where applicable.

okpllay reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of eligibility requirements at any stage.

Each registered player bears sole responsibility for the security and activity of their okpllay account. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following obligations apply to all okpllay account holders:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any biometric authentication method enabled on your device.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your okpllay account on your behalf.
• You must notify okpllay immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and Philippine mobile number — current and accurate at all times.

okpllay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. Any bets placed, transactions made, or bonuses claimed under your account before you notify us of unauthorized access will be treated as valid and binding.

All financial transactions on the okpllay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• PayMaya (Maya) — Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank — Bank transfers processed within 1–15 minutes during banking hours; delays may occur outside standard hours.
• 7-Eleven eCash — Available for deposits; processing is near-instant upon payment confirmation.

The minimum single deposit on okpllay is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and may be subject to review based on your account verification status and activity history.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Before processing a withdrawal, okpllay may require completion of KYC verification if not previously completed, as well as confirmation that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• okpllay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Deposits made in error (including duplicate deposits) should be reported to support immediately. okpllay will make reasonable efforts to reverse such transactions where technically feasible.

okpllay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The availability, terms, and duration of any specific promotion are governed by the promotion's individual terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all okpllay bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and time limits.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" promotions. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used in conjunction with real-money funds in accordance with the platform's bonus wallet rules. The order in which real money and bonus funds are used will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• okpllay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses voided, may have winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently suspended.

Promotional communications, including emails and push notifications relating to bonuses, will not be sent to players who have set deposit limits or who are subject to any responsible gaming restriction, in accordance with okpllay's responsible gaming commitments.

All games available on the okpllay platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, slot machines, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are subject to game-specific rules published within each game's interface or help documentation. The following general gameplay rules apply across all game categories:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse a bet once it has been accepted by the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance. okpllay is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from technical issues beyond our control.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on okpllay are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by any player action, account status, or platform parameter.
• Live dealer game results are final as determined by the physical outcome of the game captured on video. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer outcome, the video recording of the game session shall be the definitive reference.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official match results from the relevant governing body. okpllay follows established industry rules for the settlement of voided events, postponed matches, and incomplete games, as detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• okpllay reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the okpllay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one okpllay account, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through the use of proxies or VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports betting — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with okpllay.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider after placing bets on the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okpllay staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat.

okpllay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time, including:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may only be reduced (not increased) within a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Automated alerts notifying you of your session duration at intervals of your choosing (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Reality Checks — On-screen net win/loss summaries displayed at regular intervals during active gameplay sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods — Temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon request.

All content on the okpllay platform — including but not limited to the okpllay name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of okpllay or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okpllay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the okpllay platform or its content without express prior written permission from okpllay.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.
• Third-party game content available on okpllay remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, who have licensed their content to okpllay for display on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpllay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okpllay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpllay shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party service disruption, or force majeure events beyond okpllay's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in game data, pricing feeds, or statistics provided by third-party data providers used in connection with sports betting markets.
• Any tax liability arising from your winnings, which remains your sole personal responsibility under Philippine law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by okpllay is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okpllay processes your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Key data processing activities include:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance in connection with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine AML law.
• Processing financial transactions and maintaining transaction records as required by applicable financial regulations.
• Providing customer support and responding to account-related inquiries.
• Sending promotional communications where you have provided consent, and operational communications necessary for account management.
• Monitoring platform activity for fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting purposes.

You have rights under the Data Privacy Act regarding access to, correction of, and erasure of your personal data. Requests may be submitted to [email protected]. Please note that certain data retention obligations under PAGCOR and AML regulations may limit our ability to immediately delete all personal data upon request.

okpllay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, changes to the platform's features or services, or updates to okpllay's operational policies.

• Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
• Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
• The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
• If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the okpllay platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, except where PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms apply, in which case those mechanisms shall be exhausted first as a condition precedent to any court proceedings.

• PAGCOR-regulated disputes regarding game fairness, account suspension, or fund holds must be referred to PAGCOR's Player Assistance program before escalation to the courts.
• Data privacy-related disputes may also be referred to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
